I am starting to get increasingly annoyed about this campaign against our Tim Flannery, fellow travellers. There's a really concerted effort to make him seem like some sort of opportunist because of his various sponsorship arrangements. Can you believe it? Tim Flannery, cashing in on the climate crisis? In a nauseating display of triumphalism, the appalling Tim Blair describes an entirely reasonable admission from Tim Flannery in his interview with Andrew Bolt on MTR1377 as if it was some gigantic faux pas that "blows the entire scam wide open".

The offending quote was this:
